Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lumivodecor.com.

Damaged Items: Please include pictures of any damaged items. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either send a replacement (if available) or provide a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LumiVo Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details (address provided, date of delivery, tracking, and carrier information) for customers to investigate with the shipping carrier.

Return Eligibility

Return Window: Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included.

Non-Returnable: Custom items, clearance items, and any item missing parts or damaged outside of our responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear.

Damages or Defects

Return Shipping
